Shipping policy

- Mail will be sent between last day of the month and the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 27th. Orders placed after the 27th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join August 1st-27th, your first letter will be the September edition, which ships during the time frame mentioned above. If you join after August 27th, your first letter will be the October edition)

- Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.
